Jody Clapper offers a Gentle Christian Yoga Class on Wednesday mornings from 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. on the second floor common area. Gentle yoga is wonderful for people of any age looking for a way to keep the joints moving freely and muscles active. Yoga links breath with movement and this mindful practice brings with it many proven benefits to health and general well-being. This class is designed for you to come weekly or come at your convenience. The church will have some yoga mats available for those without their own mat.
